Today, 20 lucky children from Oakfield Junior had the opportunity of a lifetime! We went to the Hancock Museum, in Newcastle, where we took the challenge to eat as many different species as we would.

 

Here we all are waiting for our feast, notice how our faces change during these photographs. Grace said: "I really enjoyed the feast although it was quite unusual."

 

Faye Hanks said: "There were some gross choices but the worst were the silk worms."

 

Thomas Stephenson said: "I tried lots of new foods, most of them were horrible but I'm pleased I tried!"
