After an indifferent start to the season, the Year 6 team finally got their season back on track, with a hard fought 1-0 victory over Dunston Riverside in the Thursday League. Despite early exits in both the Gateshead FA and Durham FA knockout cup confidence was still high. The goal came early in the game through Cameron Howell. Despite the long, wet grass and mud, the rest of the game was a competitive affair, with few chances at both ends. Overall though, the lads deserved their victory.
