We had an amazing time at South Shields beach, building a huge sand sculpture of Hadrian's Wall. We got very wet, but that didn't stop the children from working as a team and showing great enthusiasm. You were all stars! Thanks to the team from Gateshead Council for helping us with the design and getting 'stuck in' on the day! And well done to all our parent helpers who braved the 'summer' weather and made the trip possible. The event was in aid of the charity 'Children North East', so we had a fab day and raised money too!
