Hello my name is Sarah McKitterick and I am a school nurse based in your school. I am additional to the school nurse who will already do some work in your school. The government are keen to develop the role of a school nurse and have a nurse who is known and accessible to children and parents. So that is why I am here! I can provide general information, advice and support about a range of health issues such as diet and nutrition, emotional wellbeing, puberty, smoking and about where to get further help and advice. I also do work in classes around these issues. I look forward to meeting you.
